The biggest complaint against the daily paying services is high turnover rate of the temporary staff. In effort to minimize this, all potential workers will be extensively interviewed prior to dispatch and we will require 2 solid references.

Workers will receive safety training above and beyond the requirements of the Workers Compensation Board. By investing more time in the interview and training process, we will more precisely match employees with the skill and time requirements for each job.

Temporary staff will consist of laborers for construction jobs, warehouse laborers, swampers, movers, carpenters, forklift operators and first aid attendants, just to name a few.
